1.  All images on our website are the property of Trendy Alphabet Art and cannot be reproduced under any circumstances.

2.  Once an order is placed through our website, an email will be sent confirming the details of your order and it is your responsibility to check that the details of your order are correct.

3.  Trendy Alphabet Art reserves the right to refuse an order.  In this instance, a full refund will be given and the order will be cancelled.

4.  We would like you to be completely happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that your frame is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt.

5.  As our product is a personalised gift, we are unable to offer returns.  Please check spellings etc before making a purchase.

6.  We WILL NOT accept any returns of damaged goods unless they are agreed by us in advance.
