| Where are you based? We are based in Leicestershire, England. |
| How long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship your purchase via a courier and we aim for all orders to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days but please allow 7 to 10 working days during busy periods. Please contact us if you need your frame sooner. |
| Can I buy the photographs individually? Yes, our photographs are available to buy for £5 each. Please type your name or word in the frame on the homepage and click the 'Go' button. Then choose your letters and 'check' the 'No frame' box and continue to make your purchase. |
| What size are the photos? Our photos are 6" x 4". |
| Can I order the photos in colour? Not at the moment. We choose to only sell our photos in Black & White as we think they are more effective than colour. |
| Can I order another colour frame or mount? Yes, please contact us for more information. |
| Our frames are made from polcore. What is polcore? Polcore is recycled polystyrene and has become the preferred choice for many people. It is an economical alternative to wood moulding. Polcore has the look of wood and has a constant clean finish. |
| Can I order my frame with acrylic/perspex instead of glass? Yes, please tick the appropriate box on the - Choose Your letters - page. |
| How much will it cost to deliver my parcel? We use DPD Next Day Delivery and charge £9.95 for postage and packaging to deliver our parcels to any UK mainland address. If you live outside of UK mainland or in the congestion charge area, there will be an additional charge for postage - please contact us for more information. We don't make money on postage, all our frames are well packaged and are delivered in a large box. |
| Do you deliver outside of the UK? Yes we do, please contact us for delivery charge. |
| Can I collect my order? Yes, you can collect your order from our base in Leicestershire. Please contact us for more information on how to do this BEFORE you place your order. |
| Can I use another form of payment? Yes you can, please contact us for more information. |
| Can I buy a 10 or more letter name? You can purchase a 10+ letter name or word but we can only frame up to 9 letters. |
| Do you have numbers? Yes we do. They aren't on our website yet but contact us for more information. |
| How can I see Hearts and &'s? Go to the Homepage and type '*' in the frame at the top of the page if you would like to see our Hearts and '&' if you would like to see our &'s. Then click on the 'Go' button. |
| What is the maximum number of letters I can buy in a frame? The maximum number of letters that can be framed is 9. If you are ordering a 9 letter name or word, please allow longer for delivery. |
